New Product Feed Feature: Google Shopping Feed / Google Merchant Center

We’ve been working very hard and have a few new updates for you this week!

🌟 New Product Feed Feature:

Our new Product Feed Tool and Google Shopping Feed are finally live and ready to use! As an advertiser, you can connect your shop’s product file once. We’ll keep it automatically up to date and provide publishers with every product, including image, price and link. You can also publish your products as a Google Merchant Center feed at a permanent URL.

🌟 Intelligent Marvin:

We have optimized our chatbot Marvin. He is now even smarter, has access to a larger volume of data and can respond to users in a more personalised way.

🛠️ Reduce Adspace page list loading time: 

The Adspace page was not paginated on the backend and was fetching all data at once, causing delay in loading the adspace-list table. This bug has been fixed :)

🛠️ ZAR Currency in Skynet: 

In one campaign, ‘ZAR’ (South African rand) was incorrectly displayed as the currency. However, we only deal in euros. This has now been corrected.

A few minor visual bugs have also been fixed.

🛠️ HOTFIX 2 October

On Friday 2 October, we had to release a hotfix to resolve the following issues, amongst others:

👉 Performance issues: Some reports and lists were taking a very long time to load. This has been fixed!

👉 Smart Overlay Banner – Missing images and loading issues: We were experiencing problems with our Smart Overlay Banner feature. In some cases, the images or banners took a very long time to load or did not appear at all. We have successfully resolved this issue as well!
